Creating value with what I do well and love doing.
I decided to go for it early 2021. It was no easy decision to make in the context of global health crisis expanding into many sectors. At the same time, there was something obvious in that decision. A way to combine what I love doing with my skills.
If you're a coach, you're probably used to this 3-circle diagram: what I love doing, what I do well, what creates value to the business. I had the first two. The third one was awaiting for me to create it. That's how I created my own area of fulfilment.
Supporting companies in their 360° feedback projects.
360 Success' mission is to support companies, and more specifically their HR teams, in their 360° feedback projects. Whether it is to improve their current practices or to take their first steps in the use of 360° feedback tools, 360 Success will be there to support those who need it.
360 Success's goal is to help its clients ensure that the leadership skills and behaviors of individuals, managers and teams who embark on a 360° feedback project change in the right way. Without this strong focus on driving change of behaviors, companies may jeopardize their return on investment.

A unique objectivity: a service-only company.
360 Success's uniqueness is grounded into its objective approach: 360 Success is not a supplier of 360° feedback tools or questionnaires.
Unlike other players in the field of 360° feedback tools, 360 Success focuses exclusively on the services surrounding the tool itself. Its advice and recommendations are therefore not biased by any desire to sell its tool or its questionnaire.
Services shouldn't be overlooked.
My work with players in the 360° feedback tool market has shown me that service is often overlooked: services are often minimal because they are only aimed at selling the 360° tool. However, the return on investment for companies using 360° feedbacks is much more driven by the robustness of their overall 360° feedback projects than from the tools or questionnaires used.
So there was a gap. A gap that has now been filled by 360 Success.
