With a master’s degree in international sales, it was not obvious that my path would cross 360° feedback tools!
In the early 2000’s I joined a consulting firm and took my first steps in the field of leadership competencies development. As it happened, this is the field in which I willI chose to remain.
I’ve been working for 20 years for global consulting firms (Personnel Decisions International, Korn Ferry, etc.) where I led and delivered my clients’ leadership development programs and all types of assessments and assessment centers for promotion and hiring of managers and executives.
Countries I have worked with
360° feedback tools became quickly dear to my heart and I developed an in-depth expertise on this topic through the many companies I supported in the deployment of such tools.
I’ve been consulting with all types and all sizes of businesses: like a medium-size company whose ExCom wants to complete a 360°, or a large-size company with presence in more than 150 countries, or NGOs.
Thanks to these projects, I’ve been delivering feedback sessions worldwide and have consulted with and trained HR teams on all continents.
After an incalculable number of feedback sessions and the certification of hundreds of coaches on 360° feedback instruments, I’ve decided to create 360 Success to stay close to companies that want to launch their very first 360° feedback project, or that are looking for further improvement of their practices. 360 Success is here to guide clients towards best practices.
My clients tell me they like my pragmatic and welcoming approach coupled with a sincere desire to help them as much as I can.
In line with this constant willingness to share my expertise, I set myself the challenge of writing a book.
